Noda Koichi (first owner) inaugurated Noda Firm.
1980
Noda Firm was reorganized and KOKEN Co., Ltd. was established.
Noda Kenji (second owner) assumed a position as President
and Representative Director.
1982
Company was relocated from Nakamachi in Okazaki to Oohiracho in Okazaki.
1994
Company was relocated from Ohhiracho in Okazaki to Ohnishi in Okazaki.
KOKEN BUTSURYU Co., Ltd. was established.
1995
Fine mode Co., Ltd. (production plant) was established.
1996
KOKEN BUTSURYU Co., Ltd. moved from Ohhiracho in Okazakito Myodaijicho in Okazaki to expand its businesses.
1997
TECHNO COLOR Co., Ltd. was established.
1998
Fine mode Co., Ltd. moved from Takaokacho in Matsuyamato Kuukou-douri in Matsuyama after a new building wasconstructed to expand its businesses and operations.
1998
Noda Michiaki assumed a position as Presidentand Representative Director.
2000
NANTONG HONGXIAN GARMENTS Co., Ltd. was established.
2000
Nagoya Branch was opened.
2001
Shanghai Branch was opened.
2002
NANTONG HONGXIAN GARMENTS Co., Ltd. expanded itsbuildings and equipments.
2003
Nagoya Branch was merged with Head Office.

KOKEN BUTSURYU Co., Ltd. moved from Myodaijicho inOkazaki to Ohnishi in Okazaki.
2004
TECHNO COLOR Co., Ltd. was closed down.
2009
Increase company’s capital to 95 million yen.

Increase NANTONG HONGXIAN GARMENTS’ capital.

In consequence of the rearrangement of Nantong city, Nantong Hongxian Garments Co., Ltd. moved to Nantong City at Yuan Lin Road 98.

PT. KOKEN INDONESIA is established.

In consequence of the rearrangement of Nantong city, Nantong Hongxian Garments Co., Ltd. moved to Nantong City Development District at Ke Xing Road 23.

PT.KOKEN INDONESIA moved to the suburbs of Bandung.
