The major job for each salesman is communicates with clients, and work out the idea for next season. Since KOKEN has its own factories in both Japan and China, manufacturing management is also our responsibility.
After receiving orders at apparel fairs, we discuss the details with our customers about the products. Then start order fabrics and accessories. Salesman checks the details and fabric carefully during the samples making, and discover problems that might happen during the production. The quality of the products and the appointed date of delivery are the most important jobs for us.
We always have our vision for the next 5 years and 10 years. Market development and production base development will be our next goal.

We are responsible for planning, designing, and pattern making. Or we should say we bring the image of our clients to real. Proposal of cost down now become other task for us.

Cutting is performed quickly and accurately under the supervision of a CAD/CAM system. Pattern matching is stringently checked. The accuracy of the cutting process is one major keys for manufacturing high-quality, uniform products.

We both have sample making team and formal production team.

Sample making
We make the samples by following the specification which made by the Planning Department. Also we discuss the problems that might happen during the formal production, solve them and make the formal production smoothly.

Formal production
Every single person in the formal production team is taking responsibility for their own job such as ironing, quality checking and packaging. Great quality of our production is count on each member.
